Legal Experience

Stephanie concentrates her practice on general commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation issues.

Stephanie has represented numerous clients with diverse litigation needs at all stages of litigation, from the filing of a complaint through the appeals process.  Prior to joining Cabello Hall Zinda, Stephanie’s practice focused on general commercial litigation, and her cases have involved numerous complex commercial issues, including trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, fraud, and tort claims.  

Stephanie understands that all clients have different goals and needs in the litigation process, and she is committed to assisting them with understanding their options and achieving their goals.  She is well-versed in assisting clients with obtaining preliminary injunctions, summary judgment, preparing for and attending mediation, handling complex appeals, and settlement negotiations, inter alia. 

 

She has been named one of Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” from 2021 through 2023.

Education

Stephanie graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Humanities before attending Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. 

Outside the Firm

 

Stephanie is an unabashed lover of literature.  Her favorite writers include J.R.R. Tolkien, Jane Austen, George Eliot, John Keats, Vergil, Shakespeare, and Catullus.
