We are pleased to announce that our appeals team has secured its second precedent-setting victory before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in the past year. Specifically, the Federal Circuit just issued a precedential opinion REVERSING AND REMANDING a district court determination that our client Canatex’s patent was invalid due to a minor error in the claims.
