Partners James Hall and Stephen Zinda Ranked as Top 50 Performing Attorneys Nationally

Cabello Hall Zinda is proud to announce that James Hall (left) and Stephen Zinda (right) have been individually recognized by Patexia’s PTAB 2025 Intelligence Report as tied for #48 best performing attorney and #74 most active attorneys before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). There were 5,650 total attorneys in the study, which places James and Stephen in the top 1% in terms of individual attorney performance and PTAB activity. Some of their more noteworthy PTAB victories have come against Apple, Samsung, Google, and Ericsson.
